Airports Council International
SFO has advanced to Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI), the trade association representing commercial service airports around the world. SFO first earned Level 1 accreditation in 2019 and had it renewed in 2025. This Level 2 accreditation acknowledges that SFO has demonstrated a deeper understanding of customer expectations through data analysis, journey mapping, frontline training and operational improvements.
